Thank you for using READY SET RENT for your apartment search! Below are our terms and conditions for redeeming rewards for using our service, writing a review, and/or referring our locators. Have any questions? Contact us at Rewards@ReadySetRentTexas.com!

RSR REFERRAL REWARDS

It means a lot to us that our community trusts us for their apartment locating needs. So when you refer your friends and family to READY SET RENT, we'd like to thank you for spreading the love by giving you a $50 reward. To redeem a RSR Referral Reward, you must complete an RSR Referral Reward Request. Reward will be in the form of a gift card and will be mailed or hand-delivered within the week that your referral moves into their apartment.

Please note that in order to be eligible for a referral reward, your referral must list READY SET RENT as their locator/referral source on all guest cards, applications, and any other documents presented by the apartment complex.

REWARDS FAQs

Q: How long does it take to receive my reward?


A:  For reviews, our Rewards Team will process your gift card within 48 hours of your Review Rewards Request submission. For referrals, we will be sending your $50 reward within a week after your referral's move-in date.

Q: Will I receive a reward if the property I lease with doesn't pay referral fees?

Unfortunately, no. However, the majority of professionally-managed communities throughout San Antonio have relationships with READY SET RENT.

Q: I didn't receive my reward, who do I contact?
 

A: Please contact Rewards@ReadySetRentTexas.com for all rewards-related questions.

 

Q: I've moved since I submitted my reward request. Is it too late to update my mailing address?
 

A: Please contact Rewards@ReadySetRentTexas.com as soon as possible to ensure that your reward is sent to the correct mailing address.
