Thank you for using READY SET RENT for your apartment search! Below are our terms and conditions for redeeming rewards for using our service, writing a review, and/or referring our locators. Have any questions? Contact us at Rewards@ReadySetRentTexas.com!
RSR CLIENT REWARDS
You must meet/complete the following to redeem the following RSR Client Rewards. Contact us if you have any questions regarding eligibility. You will receive your reward in the form of a check or gift card approximately 3 months after your move-in date.
To receive a $200 Reward:
- Sign a 12-month lease or longer;
- List READY SET RENT as your locator/referral source on all guest cards, applications, and any other documents presented by the apartment complex;
- READY SET RENT's paid brokerage fee must be at least $1800;
- 'Like' our Facebook page; and
- Submit an RSR Client Reward Request within 30 days of moving in.
To receive a $100 Reward:
- Sign a 12-month lease or longer;
- List READY SET RENT as your locator/referral source on all guest cards, applications, and any other documents presented by the apartment complex;
- READY SET RENT's paid brokerage fee must be at least $1000;
- 'Like' our Facebook page; and
- Submit an RSR Client Reward Request within 30 days of moving in.
To receive a $50 Reward:
- Sign a 12-month lease or longer;
- List READY SET RENT as your locator/referral source on all guest cards, applications, and any other documents presented by the apartment complex;
- READY SET RENT's paid brokerage fee must be at least $500;
- 'Like' our Facebook page; and
- Submit an RSR Client Reward Request within 30 days of moving in.
If READY SET RENT's brokerage fee is below $500, we would still like to offer a $25 reward to our clients. Same conditions apply: you must list READY SET RENT as your locator/referral source on all guest cards, applications, and any other documents presented by the apartment complex. Submit your RSR Client Reward Request within 30 days of moving in. You must sign a 6-month lease or longer, and you'll receive your reward approximately 3 months after your move-in date.
RSR REVIEW REWARDS
Clients who have used READY SET RENT for an apartment search, regardless of signing a lease, are eligible for redeeming an RSR Review Reward. Clients must 'Like' our Facebook page and post a review on Google or Facebook following these links. Upon submitting your review, please complete an RSR Review Rewards Request and a $5 e-gift card of your choice will be sent to you within 72 hours of our team verifying the review has been posted. Clients are eligible to redeem a maximum of $10 in RSR Review Rewards ($5 for each review).
RSR REFERRAL REWARDS
It means a lot to us that our community trusts us for their apartment locating needs. So when you refer your friends and family to READY SET RENT, we'd like to thank you for spreading the love by giving you a $50 reward. To redeem a RSR Referral Reward, you must 'Like' our Facebook page and complete an RSR Referral Reward Request. Rewards will be paid in the form of a check or gift card and will be mailed within the week that your referral moves into their apartment.
Please note that in order to be eligible for a referral reward, your referral must list READY SET RENT as their locator/referral source on all guest cards, applications, and any other documents presented by the apartment complex.

REWARDS FAQs
Q: How long does it take to receive my reward?
A: For a Client Reward, please allow up to 3 months after move-in. For referrals, we will be sending your $50 reward within a week after your referral's move-in date.
Q: Why does it take 3 months?
A: Properties typically take at least 3 months before compensating our locators' referral fees.
Q: Will I receive a reward if the property I lease with doesn't pay referral fees?
Unfortunately, no. However, the majority of professionally-managed communities throughout San Antonio have relationships with READY SET RENT.
Q: Why didn't I receive $200?
A: We advertise rewards up to $200 because we don't know where our clients will end up leasing. All of our emails and marketing materials specifically state "up to" $200, and all agents are trained to exclusively state up to $200 when communicating with clients.
Q: I didn't receive my reward, who do I contact?
A: Please contact Rewards@ReadySetRentTexas.com for all rewards-related questions.
Q: I've moved since I submitted my reward request. Is it too late to update my mailing address?
A: Please contact Rewards@ReadySetRentTexas.com as soon as possible to ensure that your reward is sent to the correct mailing address.
